Valorization of Food Waste Slurry as Potential Candidate for Lipid Accumulation: A Concept of Oleaginous Bio-Refinery

چکیده

In the current state of huge waste production and energy crisis, there is a need to find additional alternate resources options for management. The present study was designed measure potential different fruit wastes serve as substrate lipid accumulation in oleaginous bacteria. For this purpose, three novel bacterial strains (AF3, KM1 KM10) isolated from crude oil samples were systematically compared their using types including orange (OW), mango (MW) apple (AW). Using sole substrate, it observed that maximum by each strain above 20%, which confirms bacteria belong group. However, isolate represented differential accumulative capacity with varying organic matter removal efficiency. Maximum achieved KM10 (>25%) AW (>24%) MW substrate; however, AF3 only 21% substrate. Similarly, efficiency recorded AW, followed OW, where >60% >50% volatile solids (VS) removal, respectively, over period 7 days incubation. This showed also exhibit excellent treatment 16s RNA gene sequencing results these Serratia surfactantfaciens liquefaciens. end, circular economy model presented highlight significance mechanisms, offers dual benefits linear model. Overall, findings revealed not provide considerable accumulation, but are simultaneously capable low-cost treatment.

Ammonium Chloride as a Potential Candidate for the Treatment and Controlling of Covid-19

Coronaviruses, pathogens with a zoonotic potential, are positive sense single-stranded RNA viruses. SARS Coronavirus-2, the cause of Covid-19 infection, is from the betacoronavirinea subfamily, which has close genomic and proteomic similarity to SARS Coronavirus-1(1). Given the genomic proximity of these two viruses, studies on SARS Coronavirus-1 can be used to control or detect SARS Coronaviru...

Fish Waste Bio-Refinery Products: Its application in Organic Farming

Fish waste biomasses are locally available resources which contain nutrients. Fermentation of the biomass produces slurries used for plankton production and plant/agri-nutri use. Bio-refinery of fish waste material can be converted into value added biological products such as biofuels, industrial chemicals, animal and fish feed, human food, neutraceuticals and organic fertilizer, etc. Fish proc...
